I delighted in painting those tresses. A menagerie of colors are hiding in that wilderness: velvety violets, illuminated celadons, and deep disappearing midnight blue blacks. It looks better in person than in this cameraphone photo obviously. You'd be able to see all the feral wisps I added to bring the hair to life and make her look more deranged.
I'm giving myself ONE MORE DAY to finish this. BLACKBLACKBLACKBLACK it needs more black.
Oh, and, my previous piece, Vira, is gonna be exhibited at ccsf!
